This page is DEFINITELY a work in progress, in that I plan on returning again and again. When I worked and lived at Esalen Institute, most of my time was actually spent on property and not photographing. It was only when I returned years later, that I made an effort to venture out. It was easy to be inspired daily with the light and fog and ever-changing conditions.

And sometimes gorgeous places like this can be overwhelming and challenging to even know where to begin. But as with all things, not having an agenda and just showing up has proved the best “plan” for a more joyful experience rather than frantically searching for an outcome.
